Dealing with consortium of banks/Multiple banking arrangements on various 4. Strategic issues connected with operation of accounts/ collateral securities & personal guarantees/pricing etc. 5. Management of Daily Cash Flow that includes fund based and non fund based part. 6. Maintaining & monitoring Daily Cash Flow. Preparation of monthly MIS that includes P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow; variation with Budgeted numbers 7. Selection and appointment of Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors and Registrar, PR agencies & bankers to issue. Knowledge/Skill:Excellent communicator, Relationship management,Interpersonal skills,Analytical & organizational skills
